Cultivating Excellence
Five bright and young minds from our German site, Hittech Prontor GmbH, were rewarded with a trip to The Netherlands for their hard work and completion of their trainee exams. As part of the program, our Director of Sales & Marketing, Philip Bakker, welcomed them on a tour around our two development and production facilities in The Hague.
During the tour, Philip was pleased to see the young talents taking a keen interest in our clean room assembly activities and in manufacturing complex parts such as the titanium carrier structures for ASML. They interacted with our colleagues at the machines enthusiastically, and it was clear they knew what they were talking about.
Our Dutch colleague Jordy Pronk moved from The Hague to Germany a few months ago, and we shared his story titled ‘From Kurhaus to Kurbad’. Now, it was time for the German colleagues to visit Scheveningen and the famous Kurhaus and enjoy the tourist landmarks. At Hittech Group, we believe in sharing knowledge and experiences; this visit was another step towards that goal.
