Hittech shows 50nm Levelsensor at Precision Fair & SEMICON Europe
As a part of its Technology Roadmap Program Hittech has developed a high accuracy level sensor for wafers. A nice example where we have combined our hightech development and manufacturing experience to provide a cost efficient measurement solution for multiple wafer applications. This latest optomechatronic innovation will be showcased on the Precision Fair in week 45 and on the SEMICON Europe in week 46. Looking forward to meet you there!
