In line with our expansion plans, we are looking for a committed, as soon as possible – two permanent and full time vacancies for Milling Programmer and one vacancy for Lathe Programmer
CNC Programmers (Milling / Lathe)
You will be in charge to plan, execute and document new products for first article submission to customer. You will determine the manufacturing process in detail, discuss with production and vendors on the best machining strategy, design and document jigs, create 2, 3 and 4 axis CNC machining programs and document the machine setup process. You will analyse the technical specifications from customers and perform the necessary calculations. You will run various simulations on the tool path and optimize it to meet expected cycle times and quality expectations. In your capacity, you will oversee the first article process and brief the team on all planned activities. You will also help to improve current production parts in respect to cycle time and quality.
You are experienced in either operating CNC machines or programming CNC machines and are a personality with clear communication and the ability to get jobs done on time. You possess at least a professional certificate, diploma or advance diploma or degree in engineering or are having extensive experience in programming and setting CNC machines. Your communication skills are crucial in achieving timely delivery and best quality of the assigned tasks.
