This post presents Hittech Bihca, part of the Hittech Group (which includes eight other companies in the Netherlands, Germany, and Malaysia). Hittech Bihca focuses on efficiently machining high-quality, primarily hard materials, including titanium and stainless steel variants.
The climate-controlled production facility features an extensive machine park, advanced processing centres with wire electrical discharge machining, and three to five-axis milling machines with up to 2 microns accuracy. The facility also has various joining techniques in-house, including precision laser welding and glueing, enabling the production of integrated high-tech components. A certified washing installation delivers microscopically deburred and thoroughly cleaned products which can be assembled in a cleanroom.
With 24/7 production, even unmanned production is possible through robotics, automatic tool changes, and automated supply and extraction systems. The machine park’s versatility and flexibility allow it to produce high-mix and low-to-medium series efficiently.
