Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. How long do we retain personal data?
Hittech Group B.V. does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data may be stored for longer if required by law. When you provide us with information to subscribe to newsletter, we will retain your information for as long as you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, your data will be deleted after one year.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Hittech Group B.V. only discloses data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Hittech Group B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have on record of you to you or to another organisation named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, ask for the revocation of your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, redact your passport image, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number, to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, yet within four weeks.
