Four workstations in the temperature-controlled measuring room at Hittech Prontor GmbH are used to inspect products with extreme precision. Several high-precision measuring machines ensure the quality of our products, and their accuracy has been improved to within 1.40 ยตm, or an XYZ accuracy of 300-350 mm (ฮผm).
The geometric data are determined using so-called coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) from the Carl Zeiss IQS Software R&D Centre, and they are recorded, evaluated, and documented using Zeiss Calypso and PiWeb software.
