Our Key Markets
Analytical equipment
Analytical equipment, including electron microscopes, gas chromatographs, and spectrometers, is utilised globally for various applications such as drug development, research on new materials, optical checks, and sample analysis. These devices are complex and high-precision, relying on a combination of mechatronic and optomechanical components and systems.
Instruments like these are often used in high-vacuum environments and must operate reliably under diverse conditions. We specialise in designing and manufacturing mechatronics and optomechanics, supporting original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in developing and producing their products. We have specially designed production, assembly, and testing facilities to achieve this. We collaborate with our customers to transform complex ideas into successful final products.
Semicon
Modern computer chips contain tens of billions of transistors, a number that will increase in the coming years. This evolution places growing demands on the semiconductor equipment that manufactures these new chips. We play a vital role in the semiconductor industry's ongoing developments by developing and producing modules and components that enhance the equipment’s speed, accuracy, and reliability.
In this field, mechanical dimensions are measured in micrometres, one-thousandth of a millimetre. Working at a minuscule scale requires ultra-precise and super-clean parts and modules. To achieve this, Hittech Group employs assembly specialists and maintains Grade 4 and Grade 2 cleanroom facilities, along with experts in cleanliness and contamination control. For over 25 years, this commitment has established us as an experienced and solid development and production partner for demanding customers in high-tech sectors.
MedTech
The medical technology market is highly regulated, and demands specialised knowledge and experience in development and production. Our German company, Hittech Prontor, has over 50 years of experience developing and manufacturing high-tech medical equipment.
We are ISO 13485 certified and FDA-approved to produce medical equipment and adhere to all relevant medical directives from the initial design phase to the final product delivery. As a result, Hittech Group can serve as an experienced partner to MedTech equipment manufacturers to outsource development, production, assembly, and testing.
Robotics & Automation
We prioritise collaborating with our clients from the earliest stages of their projects in addition to manufacturing and assembly so we can manage the entire development process from start to finish.
With our extensive knowledge and experience in design and value engineering, we work with our customers to identify the best technically and economically feasible solutions, which we can implement quickly and cost-effectively. We achieve this through a versatile supply chain, comprehensive production and assembly, testing facilities, and specialised partners.
