The XPONENTIAL Europe 2026 event was a success, according to Michael Stritt-Dür and Kristof Kellermann from Hittech Prontor GmbH. Business Development Manager Kristof Kellermann: ‘There is a lot of focus on the military, which makes sense with the technologies on display. For example, in the drone industry, I noticed many start-ups and scale-ups from European countries.’
What can Hittech provide for relatively new entrants in those industries?
Kristof Kellerman: ‘The challenges of scale-ups mainly lie with trusted and experienced production and assembly partners who have sufficient capacity and sometimes larger volumes. For us, it depends on where they are in the process, such as before prototyping or after. Our engineering is focused on production, and within Hittech Group, our companies can assist at different stages with a range of services, including value engineering, NPI, and development. In the end, it was very interesting to attend and meet companies of all sizes, with varying experience, origins, and product focus. We will definitely be back here in 2027.’
