This post presents Hittech Wemac, part of Hittech Group (which includes eight other companies in the Netherlands and Germany). Hitttech Wemac produces precision parts and assembles high-end mechatronic modules for manufacturers of medical, analytical, and semicon equipment.
Paul Morach, Managing Director of Hittech Wemac (in the centre of the photo): “At an early stage, we like collaborating with our customers on ‘Design For Manufacturing’ for both parts and complete modules. We machine parts in different grades of aluminium, stainless steel, and other high-tech materials, such as titanium. Our extensive CNC-controlled machine park includes multi-axis machining centres and advanced turning and milling machines. Because our production environment is climate-controlled, we can produce parts with repeatable accuracy as low as 5 microns, which not many machining companies can achieve. Parts can be ultrasonically cleaned according to the GSA Grade 4 standard.”
