Hittech Multin is located in The Hague and part of the Hittech Group. With more than 150 colleagues, we are driven to develop high-tech mechatronic systems and produce them in series for the semicon, MedTech and analytical equipment markets.

Hittech Bihca
At Hittech Bihca, we specialise in efficiently machining high-quality hard materials, such as titanium and stainless steel. Our climate-controlled facility is equipped with advanced machinery, including wire electrical discharge machining and three to five-axis milling machines, achieving accuracies of up to 2 microns.
We offer various in-house joining techniques, such as precision laser welding and glueing, enabling the creation of integrated high-tech components. Products are delivered microscopically deburred and thoroughly cleaned in our certified washing installation. Additionally, we have a cleanroom for assembling small mechanical modules and collaborate with Hittech partners with larger ISO 7 cleanrooms.
We engage with customers early to discuss component feasibility, and our production operates 24/7, utilising robotics, automatic tool changes, and automated supply systems to enable unmanned production. We efficiently produce high-mix, low to medium series thanks to our versatile machine park. Final and interim inspections are conducted in our climate-controlled measuring room, ensuring detailed measuring reports for every delivered product.

Hittech Gieterij Nunspeet
Hittech Gieterij Nunspeet specialises in sand-casting complex products from high-quality aluminium alloys. Our castings are utilised in high-tech machinery, medical equipment, agricultural and road construction machinery, oil and gas installations, trains, and enclosures.
During the design phase, we optimise castings using advanced simulation software. Our modern mould line, casting robots, and computer-controlled sand preparation allow for flexible and economical production, ranging from dozens to 10,000 units.
With over 75 years of experience and quick turnaround capabilities, we are recognised as one of Europe's leading aluminium foundries. Our core moulding and melting workshop, combined with robotic casting, supports unique shape versatility with wall thicknesses from 4 mm.
Post-processing services, including sawing, deburring, and blasting, ensure a high-quality finish, and we offer specific in-house heat treatment processes. Our extensive testing and inspection facilities guarantee top quality, featuring X-ray, penetrant, optical, and mechanical testing, spectrum analyses, temperature, microstructure, and density measurements.

Hittech Landes specialises in high-tech milling, turning, and assembly of parts for various industries, including aviation, medical devices, and semiconductors. The
company employs 40 people and is located on modern premises near the motorway,

Hittech Wemac
Hittech Wemac in Penang, Malaysia, produces precision parts and assembles high end mechatronic modules for medical, analytical, and semicon equipment manufacturers. At an early stage, we like collaborating with our customers on 'Design For Manufacturing' for both parts and complete modules.
We machine parts in different grades of aluminium, stainless steel and other high-tech materials, such as engineering plastics and titanium. We have an extensive CNC-controlled machine park, multi-axis machining centres, and advanced turning and milling machines. Because our entire production environment is climate-controlled, we can produce parts with a repeatable accuracy as low as 5 microns. We offer surface treatments, such as anodising, nickel plating, passivation and other platings, through specialists in our network.
Parts are ultrasonically cleaned according to the GSA Grade 4 standard. We have a cleanroom where we can assemble parts dust-free and a dedicated assembly flow bench to meet GSA Grade 2 requirements. We have specific experience assembling electromechanical systems with integrated printed circuit boards (PCBs), and we can functionally test all assemblies to deliver them with detailed reports.

Hittech Comac
Hittech Comac in Deurne specialises in supply chain management, assembling and testing mechanical and mechatronic machines, modules, and devices. With a team of forty people, we achieve this for customers in robotics, industrial automation and MedTech.
Through the Hittech Group, we also have in-house capabilities such as design, re-design, and value engineering, which sets us apart as a versatile manufacturing partner.
We have extensive experience and knowledge in metal machining and assembly techniques. We use advanced tools and integrated control systems to ensure fast, economical, and error-free processes.
Our 4,000 m2 production facility features various assembly lines, warehousing, testing rooms and support departments for producing up to several thousand pieces.
We test all assembled products and systems mechanically, electronically, and software-based, as well as long-term tests over several days if required to guarantee perfect, high-quality end products.

RSP Technology
RSP Technology specialises in developing and producing aluminium superalloys that provide optimal solutions for ultra-light, high-end applications.

Hittech MPP
Hittech MPP in The Hague is a recognised specialist in accurately machining high-quality metals, including aluminium, titanium, tool, and stainless steel. We achieve this with a team of 50 employees and an ultramodern CNC-controlled machine park to perform three and five-axis milling or combined turning and milling at accuracies of up to 5 microns.
Using robotics, automated tooling changes, and automated supply and extraction systems, production with reduced staff or even unmanned production is possible, which benefits lead times for large workpieces.
Final and intermediate inspections are performed in the climate-controlled measuring room, with access to two 3D measuring machines and an optical measuring bench. We also measure roughness and inspect materials.
Together with our team, we produce the finest parts from high-quality materials that satisfy the highest standards of accuracy and finish.
