You will be responsible to produce machine parts by programming, setting up and operating various CNC milling machines according to the required specifications. You are responsible to achieve the required quality and at all times maintain safety standards. You will confirm dimensions and tolerances using instrument such as micrometers and calipers and if suitable, will be trained to operation CMM measurement machines. You will ensure job efficiency, set up the work place and control low level of rejects. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning and Production personnel on job planning, output, productivity, jigs and fixture improvements.

You will responsible to assist QA Engineer or Assistant Engineer in performing quality inspection and test to ensure quality products delivered to customers within customers’ agreed specification. You will ensure all major defective parts, customer complaints and corrective actions are disposed according to the SOP. You are to coordinate NCR disposition and carry out contingency plan promptly. You are able to coach and train Junior Technician and Inspector. You acquire the operating knowledge and skills to operate CMM Zeiss machine. You are able to liaise with supplier to ensure quality conforming to the customer’s requirements and ISO Quality standards.
