In this photo, you see a group of Young HiDelta professionals who visited Hittech Multin in The Hague for an afternoon of cleanroom and semiconductor experience. Next to our colleague and Young Hi Delta board member Tatjana Verdoold, these young professionals were guided and inspired by Bart Rietmeijer, who also works at Hittech Multin.
Bart says he had a great time: “That’s right: after a brief talk about Hittech and the semiconductor industry, we sent our visitors to work in small groups to create their own semiconductor machine parts with Lego. Some of my colleagues joined these groups, and it was fantastic to see how much fun they had while learning about high-tech assembly. We couldn’t do it in our cleanroom, but that didn’t stop us from simulating all the cleanroom protocols.”
