H2L Robotics Selector
6.273 kilometres and 7.160.294 tulips in 10.093 hours: spring has just begun, but for the H2L Robotics Selector, the tulip season is already over.
„Its camera can detect symptoms of a virus on tulips and automatically spray pesticide on the plant to prevent the spread of the disease“, says our team leader Ard Geelkerken. And now, time to rest? „No: this summer, we will analyse the treatment module which we developed for the Selector and see if we can improve it. Then we will build the second batch just in time for January 2024: the start of the new tulip season“.
