Hittech Prontor and duller-partner: two companies with many years of experience in demanding development and excellence projects cooperate. duller-partner, based in Klagenfurt, Austria, specialises in the mechanical and optomechatronic development and design of individual parts, assemblies and complete devices. A high level of innovation characterises the concepts, intelligent cost structures, considering different manufacturing processes (including plastics) and flexibility (definition of interfaces and possible product architecture). The development is supported in all development phases by the company’s in-house optical simulation (Optic Studio) and mechanical simulation (Ansys). The partnership with Hittech Prontor guarantees that the manufacturing aspects are considered in the development process and their optimal transfer to production.
At Hittech Prontor in Bad Wildbad, Germany, experienced engineers and process experts work hand in hand to ensure cost-optimized developments, designs and process-reliable production processes. For both new developments and existing products, customers’ demanding product requirements are implemented into series-ready products. Key production steps are carried out in-house – from machining to functional and decorative surfaces to assembly, including in the clean room for prototype and series production.
